BOOKING MEANS YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES Max 8 guests total -Pool Heating additional $15/night heated to 88 degrees . 48 hrs notice required prior to check in and must be for the length of the stay (can not do just one night) -All guest names must be listed on reservation or listed in message to host during booking . (community is manned guard gate if you attempt to enter with people not listed reservation you will be denied entry. ) -Allowing any unregistered guest to access the property or hosting a party at any time is a $500 fee. -VISITING GUESTS MUST BE PRE APPROVED AS PROPERTY HAS A MAX OCCUPANCY (this includes all guests at the property at any given time. This is for fire code and prevents overcrowding at community amenities such as pool area or parking so guest can enjoy.) -Smoking on the property is a $500 fee -Bringing a pet is a $500 fee Checkout is 10 am (cleaners need access at 10:15 am or there is a $50 fee) Unapproved Check out at noon or later will result in a fine of the full rate for the night plus any cost to accommodate new guests. -Early/Late checkout is not allowed unless agreed by host in advance. Early/Late check out start at $50 fee. (1/2 day booking also available please inquire for pricing) ****THIS IS FLORIDA YOU CAN NOT LOWER THE AC 15-20 DEGREES AT A TIME OR 15-20 DEGREES LESS THAN THE OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE. You have the entire villa to yourself and your guests. A Reserved parking spot is right in front of the villa. There are several guest spots nearby the villa for additional cars. Max 3 cars per reservation

One assigned parking spot in front of the Villa. Can park other cars in unassigned spots plenty of guest parking available. Walk across the street to pool, clubhouse and restaurant. We limit 3 cars max per reservation to be courteous to other guests.
